APPOINTMENTS

David Salon will make every effort to accommodate your appointment needs. It is recommended that you prebook your next appointment while in the salon to insure the day and time of your choice. In most cases, you may prebook an appointment up to one year in advance.

CONFIRMATIONS

As a courtesy, confirmation emails and/or text messages are delivered two days prior to a scheduled appointment. When necessary, confirmation calls are made the business day prior to a scheduled appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation, please verify that we have your correct contact information.  You may change your confirmation preferences at any time.

CANCELLATIONS

Your appointment time has been reserved for you. David Salon understands that schedules change and emergencies arise. If you need to cancel an appointment please allow us as much notice as possible. We kindly ask for a 24 hour minimum.

NO SHOWS

Guest who do not cancel their scheduled appointment and do not show up are considered a no show. No shows will be liable for their full appointment charge.

CONTACT INFORMATION

David Salon adheres to a very strict privacy policy. We ask for your personal contact information to maintain accurate client records and so that we may contact you when necessary. We absolutely will not share your personal information at any time nor will we email you spam or against your wishes.

PRICING

The + sign noted after some prices indicates price variations among service providers based on education and experience. Continuing education is an important part of our success and a requirement for all team members. Service pricing is reviewed annually in October and any neccessary price adjustments and service provider promotions take effect November 1st for the following 12 months.

RETURNS

David Salon will gladly replace any Goldwell or KMS product you have purchased from us that you are not satisfied with. You may exchange it at your next appointment for another product or use it towards salon credit. Any new, unopened and unused tool may be returned to the salon. Please refer to the manufacture’s warranty and instructions on all other tool returns, repairs or replacements.

TEAM WORK

David Salon believes in team work. To enable us to provide the ultimate guest service it requires the skills and talents of the entire team. We work together to guarantee you the best possible service. Often, additional team members will assist your stylist during your visit. In addition, a change in style or stylist is refreshing and we encourage that at The David Salon.

GIFT CARDS

David Salon gift cards are available for purchase in any amount. They may be customized for any combination of services or products.

PAYMENT

We gladly accept cash, check, debit, Visa, MaterCard, Discover and American Express. Unfortunately, David Salon is not able to give cash back on any transaction.
